Account Verification After Login At MozzartBet
MozzartBet runs account verification (KYC) to confirm identity, age, and payment ownership. You can log in and browse, but the site can block withdrawals and some account changes until verification is completed.
Verification is requested when you try to withdraw for the first time, when your cumulative withdrawals reach an internal threshold, or when your account activity triggers a security review (new device, new country, repeated failed logins). It is also required if your profile details change, such as your legal name, date of birth, or phone number.
The upload step sits inside the account area after login. You submit photos or scans, and the review team checks that the details match your profile and the payment method you used.
- ID: Government-issued document showing full name and date of birth (passport, national ID card, or driving licence). The image needs to be in colour, uncropped, and readable; front and back are required for an ID card or driving licence.
- Address: Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, tax letter, or council document). The document must show your full name and the same address saved in your MozzartBet profile.
- Payment method: Proof that you own the deposit method used. For a bank card, MozzartBet can ask for a photo of the card with the middle digits covered and the CVV hidden, while keeping the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. For bank transfers, a bank statement or account screenshot showing your name and IBAN/account number is used.
- Selfie check: A selfie holding your ID, or a short live photo check inside the app, when the system needs an extra match between the document and the person logging in.
If the documents do not match the profile (different name, expired ID, unclear photo, mismatched address), the review is rejected and the account stays limited for withdrawals until corrected files are uploaded. Current state: verification is mainly enforced at withdrawal and during security reviews, and it relies on ID, address, and payment-ownership documents.
