Account Verification (KYC) At MozzartBet
MozzartBet runs a Know Your Customer (KYC) check to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. The platform asks for documents through the account profile and blocks certain actions until verification is cleared.
- Identity (ID/Passport): MozzartBet requests this when you open an account, before your first withdrawal, or when account details change (name, date of birth). Upload a clear photo of a valid passport or national ID (both sides if it is a card). The document must be readable, in full frame, in colour, and not expired.
- Address proof: MozzartBet asks for proof of address before withdrawals or if your login/device location differs from your registered details. Accepted documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or government letter showing your full name and address, dated within the last 3 months. Screenshots edited in an image app are rejected; a PDF statement or a full photo of the paper document passes faster.
- Payment method: MozzartBet triggers payment verification when you deposit by card or when the payment method changes. For a bank card, upload a photo of the card with only the last 4 digits visible and your name visible; cover the middle digits and the CVV code. For e-wallets, MozzartBet asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and the wallet ID or email, plus a transaction line that matches your deposit.
Processing time depends on queue and document quality. MozzartBet clears most checks within 24 hours after upload, and manual reviews can take up to 72 hours if the photo is blurry, details donโt match the account, or extra information is required.
Current status: MozzartBet uses a standard 3-step KYC flow (ID, address, payment), with withdrawals commonly paused until verification finishes.
